About Us
Creative Care Centers, LLC has been providing services in Northwest Tucson since 2011. We are a Qualified Vendor through the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We provide Adult Day Programs, Summer Camp and Center Based Respite services.
Creative Care is a small, locally owned company. Linda Rapp and Dr. Sarah Kelder have over 20 years of experience working with both adults and children that are members of the Division of Developmental Disabilities and are very hands on when it comes to the day to day operation.
Creative Care Center’s owners and staff work hard to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment to all of our members, their families and friends. Please contact us to set up a tour. You won’t want to go home !!!
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide guidance and a secure, stimulating environment which enables individuals to explore their world, practice acceptance of and develop friendships with others who may be unlike themselves, as well as creatively express their individuality through art, music and nature based activities.
Our Team
Sarah Kelder
Our Director and Co-Owner Sarah Kelder holds a Ph. D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Northern Arizona University.
She began teaching in the public school system in 1991. She now designs and implements curriculum specific to the needs of the adults and children enrolled in Creative Care Centers, LLC programs.
She continues to mentor Student Teachers and Practicum Teachers through Northern Arizona University. She also teaches Special Education courses through the College of Education.
Staff
All of the Creative Care staff must posses a Fingerprint Clearance Card, First Aid/CPR card, have passed an Article 9 course and have cleared the State of Arizona Background Check through Central Registry.
We are all energetic and compassionate individuals who love working with individuals of all ages and abilities. We specialize in administering medications and g-tube feeding, as well as mealtime and personal hygiene assistance.
