Summer Camp (DTS)
Creative Care Centers, LLC is a qualified vendor with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD). We offer a thematic based Summer Camp for students 3-21.
After School Program (DTT)
After School Program is Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Healthy snacks are provided and homework help is available. Measurable objectives are addressed through art and music activities. DTT does NOT use respite.
Respite (RSP)
If your child is eligible, this service (up to 600 hours per year) may be utilized year round. Any day school is out (except major holidays) we are open 8am to 6pm. DDD is billed directly and Private Pay options are available. Reservations are required for staffing purposes. Kids bring their lunch; juice and healthy snacks are provided.

Session Time Options:
- 8:00am to 12:00pm session
- 1:00pm to 5:00pm session
- 8:00am to 2:00pm
Hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm weekdays with Respite Care available before, between, and after Sessions.
Additional Information
Children bring lunches which may be microwavable. Juice and healthy snacks are provided during both Sessions.
Your DDD Support Coordinator may be able to assist with transportation.
